Flash flood in KL on 12th May, 2016.

The flash fllood on 12 May 2016 caused traffic jam, anger and an attempt to find out the reasons such as roadside drains being unable to deal with excess rain water. MRT which has built some structures such as along Jalan Duta is finding out the true cause of cars in knee-deep water along the road.
