Malaysia Multimedia and Communications Commission (MMCC) says in 2011, there were 9,832,441 handphones in Malaysia. It must ensure the quality of service because sometimes the service is unsatisfactory. Is it true that the prividers such as Maxis, Axiata and Digi do not install enough lines?
