TNB must improve its service

According to media report, the nett profits of TNB may be RM4.2 billion. In the past 8 years, it suffered the loss of RM168.51 million because of theft of cables & in 2010 & 2011 it faced the difference in the capital for importing energy substitutes amounting to RM3.69 billion. Apparently, Petronas may compensate RM1billion. We hope TNB clarifies these figures.

Besides the profits, TNB must improve its services, including its attitude towards electricity users, fairness in it charges & in dealing with those who steal electricity.
