Prime Minister YAB Najib stresses constructive change. The implementation of Barisan Nasional policy & system in the past 56 years make people wonder if it is capable of bringing about this type of change. On the other hand,  Malaysians assess Pakatan Rakyat policy & its system in Kedah,  Kelantan,  Penang & Selangor. Then, they decide on whether PR or BN is capable of creating a meaningful change.
