,Election Commission must be fair

In the May 5 General Election, Pakatan Rakyat obtained 52 percent of the popular votes and Barisan Nasional 47 percent. But the latter forms the Government. Many feel that there were irregularities in the general election. They protest peacefully including filing petitions. The Election Commission must be seen to be fair in dealing with these cases.
