The truth about the renovation of parliament building

Parliament building leaked. Renovation began in 2011. It seems that works will be completed by February 2016, costing RM520 million. It is renovation,  not reconstruction. Why does it take 5 years?  How many times has the plan been changed? What is the truth?  We need transparency.
