Posting of teachers must be fair and reasonable

Malaysia have over 400,000 teachers. Posting teachers and ensuring their standard are complicated.
Recently, the issue of posting and shortage of teachers attracts attention. Director-General of Education Datuk Dr Khir Mohd Yusof says' to be a teacher, a person must accept posting by the ministry.
