Clean 28 wet markets in Kuala Lumpur?

Five wet markets in Kuala Lumpur are said to benefit from the River of Life programme to clean a 110 km stretch of the Klang and Gombak Rivers. According to KL Mayor Tan Sri Ahmad Phesal, they are in Selayang, Jalan Klang Lama, Air Panas and Sentul Markets. The KL Wholesale Market will benefit in 2015. The Federal Government spends RM17. 7 million to build a waste water treatment plant (WWTP) in each market.
There are several rivers in KL such as Sungai Keroh, Sg Jinjang and Sg Batu. The River of Life programme does not reach these rivers.
There are 23 more wet markets. They do not have WWTP. Their waste water is not treated.
Apart from Klang and Gombak Rivers, when will the rest of the rivers be cleaned?
