The law must be seen to be fair

We need effective laws to protect the country. But the 1948 Sedition Act has often been abused. The Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib says repeatedly that he would like to annul the act, to be replaced by the Harmony Act. The act must be fair and seen to be fair.
