Compensate 20 highway concessionaires RM558.69 million to defer tool hike

Deputy Works Minister Datuk Rosnah confirms in the House that the Government pays RM558.69million to 20 highway concessionaires to defer the increase in toll rate. (The allocation is RM458.69 million and the supplementary allocation will be RM100 million.) The implementation of GST and the less bright economic situation next year are factors.
