KLIA2: The runway settles. How many more years?

The building cost jumps from RM1.7 billion to over 4 billion. The complex appears normal. We see occasional shoddy works. Some parts such as columns are piled. Others like the runway continues to settle as oil palm land does. How many more years of settlement?
