Malala and Kailesh are jointly conferred Nobel Peace Prize
In Oslo, Norway, Malala Youzafai (17 years) from Pakistan and Kailesh Satiyarti (60 years) from India have jointly won this year's Nobel Peace Prize. The young woman has risked her life to champion women's rights to good education. Kailesh, an electrical engineer, campaigns to rescue child labour.
They have produced effects in the world. Some applaud and others say they are tools of the West.
