Keep 1948 Sedition Act. What happens to National

On 11 July 2012, the Government decided to repeal the Sedition Act, to be replaced by the National Harmony Act. On 27 November, 2014, the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib announced that the Sedition Act remains. What happens to National Harmony Bill?
