Militancy: Effective laws against militants

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib promised to repeal the Sedition Act, but he reneged. Today, the IGP Tan Sri Khalid justifies keeping it with terror attacks in Paris with 17 deaths. Malaysia needs effective laws to fight militants, terrorists and extremists. Don't abuse them.
