Malaysian Floods: Secretariat to smoothen rehabilitation management

The deluge destroys over 10000 houses and damaged more than RM 1 billion worth of roads and bridges. The Central Government sets up a secretariat to smoothen and expedite the management of rehabilitation works. We hope that it will be effective. Will it be overwhelmed by the Implementation and Coordination Unit, Prime Minister's Department?
