Cultural heritage belongs to mankind. It should be protected, such as Jawi. Plunderers from West and East have destroyed or stolen cultural heritage from various countries throughout history. Now, militants have damaged Assyrian or Mesopotamia 3000-year-old heritage in Nimrud, Northern Iraq: a war crime.
