11MP and wellbeing

11MP is to make Malaysia a truly advanced nation with wellbeing for all people. For example, there will be 6 new hospitals in the next 5 years. This must be implemented properly such as true open tender. Under 10MP, Shah Alam Hospital project was problematic.
