Topups of prepaid telephone cards and GST

Minister Datuk Seri Shabery talks about 'buy RM10, get RM10' as a formula to solve the issue of topups of prepaid telephone cards. The subsector is worth RM15 billion. The formula must be fair to all and the service good.
