National harmony depends on many factors

Racial harmony in Malaysia depends on various factors such as leadership, policies, education, laws and enforcement. Now, we wait for the National Harmony and Reconciliation Bill and a tribunal to handle discrimination. Policies must be fair, based on merits and needs.
