Power in the National Security Council Bill (NSC)

Minister Datuk Seri Shahidan repeats inthe Senate that the poeer in NSC given to the Prime Minister is limited. The Yang di-Pertuan Agong still had the power to declare a security area. This is controversial. Having too much power may be abused.
