Calligraphy, drive out evil and usher in good

The calligraphy is a quotation from History of Jin Dynasty by Fang Xuanling et al, Tang Dynasty, meaning driving out evil and ushering in good. Evil includes corruption, irregulatities and poor management. Good comprises rule of law, integrity and transparency.
