Calligraphy, a thunderous atmosphere that threatens

The calligraphy is a quotation from a book Qi Ying Bu by an anonymous writer in the Yuan Dynasty, meaning a thunderous atmosphere that threatens. Using public funds, we must be transparent and accountable. Otherwise, the voice of dissent may be deafening.

Tun Mahathir seems to be angry with the issue of 1MDB and political donations. He failed to unseat Datuk Seri Najib in Umno and left the party. He is hand in hand with opposition members,forming a front with thunderous atmostphere that threatens.
