Chilkot Report on Iraq War

John Chilkot headed the committee that took 7 years to inquire into the Iraq War. Despite defective intelligence and inadequate assesment, Prime Minister Tony Blair decided to involve Britain with America and other countries to invade Iraq in 2003. 179 British soldiers died and hundreds of thousands of Iraqis sacrificed. Islamic State, IS, spreads like wild fires. Millions suffer.
