Drastic measures against terrorists

Many countries such as the United States of America and Malaysia use severe measures to prevent terrorism. However, some of the bloody attacks are not connected with terrorist organizations. While the Goernment tries to prevent terrorist attacks, it should not abuse the drastic measures like the Prevention of Terrorism Act (POTA).
