Shortage of specialists in government hospitals

"Malaysia has 400 new specialists a year. But, 150 specialists leave government hospitals every year," says the Deputy Health Minister. Besides, efforts to solve the problem of shortage of specialists, the Government must ensure that these specislists have high standard. This requires full attention.
