Professor Emeritus Dwight H Perkins at Harvard Kennedy School told a seminar
in Kuala Lumpur that Malaysian universities are not producing graduates needed for innovation, research and development.

The Government must find out how many university graduates of this type suitable to move Malaysia forward. Brain drain occurs.
