KBAT,Higher level of thinking skills

Deputy Education Minister told the House that KBAT, high level thinking skills, was introduced simultaneously in over 8000 primary schools in Malaysia; 282 schools were identified.

Will KBAT be implemented in full by 2020? How do pupils and parents react to it? Are more pupils going for private tuition?
