University of Malaya 46th position

The Times Higher Education
Asia University Rankings shows University of Malaya in the 46th position and University of Tunku Abdul Rahman 99th.
They and other Malaysian universities can do better, looking at the top three, National University of Singapore, Xin Hua University and Beijing University.

The Government must not reduce research allocations to universities.
