Capital city and traffic.     On 15 September, 2018, hundreds of guests arrived by car at a hotel in Kuala Lumpur for a wedding dinner. There was traffic congestion.

Friends and relatives for wedding dinner arrived,
     Spearmint and curry were hot;
Many guests depended on private cars,
     Could they choose public transport?
