2018 Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) report says that the world is
completely off track, heading more towards 3C temperature rise this century rather than 1.5C set by Paris Agreement. If this happens, it means serious consequences: more typhoons, floods, droughts, wilfires and rising sea water.
