A Bill for Brexit with a deal.
          British Parliament has passed a Bill that stipulates Brexit with a deal. Queen Elizabeth has signed it on 9.9.19. Prime Minister Johnson is finding ways to have Brexit on 31.10.2019. He may not consider firing ballistic missiles.
