How fair is the award to the contractor for the Ampang LRT project

The Ministry of Finance, MoF, has Land Acquisition Committee chaired by the Prime Minister YAB Najib. Under MoF is the Syarikat Prasarana Nasional Berhad, SPNB, that owns the Ampang Light Rail Transit System works, estimated to cost RM960 million. As we have experience with the Kepong MRR2 flyover project that was awarded to BumiHiway making a big mess, we would like YAB Najib to explain how open is the tender and how fair is the award to the contractor for the Ampang LRT project.
