Debt, deficit & rhetoric of 2013 budget

Although PM YAB Najib says that the 2013 Budget is not to fish for votes, the rhetoric lambasting the Opposition lasted for over 20 minutes. It can only be passed in the Lower and then the Upper House by the end of December, 2012. The RM251.6 bil budget has a deficit of RM43bil. National debt is over RM456 bil. Both deficit & debt make the people wonder how the goodies will be paid & how the rhetoric implemented.
