More skilled workers needed in 2020

In Malaysia, there are only 28% slightly skilled workers whereas in Singapore this category is 52%. By 2020 this country will need 3.3 million skilled workers. This means that the Human Resource Ministry must work out an effective plan to train skilled workers in various fields irrespective of race and religion.
