PR will turn deficit budget into surplus

The Finance Ministry says that PR manifesto will increase the federal budget deficit from 4% to 11.5%. But, BN has had federal budget deficit for 15 years consecutively. On the other hand,  PR will cut down serious leakages & manage the budget effectively to turn deficit into surplus within a certain period as has been done in states such as Selangor. It is important that Malaysians compare PR manifesto with BN manifesto, as there definite differences between the two.
