Seen to be fair in giving out taxi licences to individual

PM YAB Najib announces 1,000 taxi licences for individual drivers who have a good record, being prepared to take a grant of RM5,000 from Yayasan Rakyat 1 Malaysia to buy Proton Exora. We believe that the Government must be seen to be sincere in giving out licences and that there must be no underlying tricks.
