Ban on public officials bidding for government contracts

The public understand that public officials including ministers and their relatives should not bid for government contracts. If this is enforced, scandals such as the National Feedlot Corporation (NFC) might not have happened.

Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Consultation & Prevention Panel repeats the above-stated principle. The Government must be fully committed and the people must speak up.
