Ensure that buses follow rules and regulations

The Malaysian Institute of Road Safety (Miros) presents the report on the Genting Highlands bus crash on August 31, 2013. Among the causes were: the bus traveling beyond the speed limits and inefficient brakes.
     The accident resulted in 37 deaths. The public wait for the Government to take stern action against those involved such as the bus company.
     The Government must improve efficiency in enforcement such as ensuring that buses follow the laws and regulations. How many buses on the roads do not exceed the speed limits?
