DEIA before the Kepong Taman Beringin incinerator project

Kepong Taman Beringin rubbish incinerator project: Japan has 1,200 incinerators. Before building each incinerator, a detailed environment impact assessment (DEIA) had been done and the conditions adhered. Taman Beringin project must have DEIA as an early step and the people must be informed.
