Prevent encroachment and kidnapping in Sabah?

Datuk Seri Najib restructures the Eastern Sabah Security Command (ESSCom) to ' enhance security in the east coast of Sabah'. Here the coastline Is over 1000 Km. We hope that this action can prevent encroachment and kidnapping.
