2015 Malaysian budget: when can we get 5G Internet?

Datuk Seri Najib says that we are now moving towards a services - based economy. In the next three years,  a sum of RM2.7 billion will be spent for building 1000 telecommunications towers and laying undersea cables. According to Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission, four out of five Malaysians have access to 3G Internet. When can we get 5G?
