Management Bottleneck of low-cost housing in Malaysia
Low-cost flats give rise to management bottlenecks. On 19 December, 2014, I shall remind the Kuala Lumpur Datuk Bandar of the bottlenecks such as at Taman Intan Baiduri, Taman Fadason and Taman Metro Prima in Kepong. For example, complaints at the 12 blocks of 5-storey flats in Taman Intan Baiduri include rubbish, rats, trees too big, bad road, lack of street lighting, drains, dirty walls, damaged letter-boxes, children hiding in electricity room and missing balcony on the top floor.
