Duta--Ulu Klang Expressway, DUKE3.

Today, the Mayor of Kuala Lumpur Datuk Seri Phesal officiated the Duta--Ulu Klang Expressway, DUKE 3. We hope that the expressway can overcome the city traffic woes. The project must be transparent and accountable.
