Land & Mines Department must improve monitoring to prevent irregularities

The Director-General of the Land and Mines Department admits that land scam often involves internal and external cooperation. Naturally, there are other factors that include ignorance of the working of land office. Nevertheless, the department must improve its monitoring mechanism to prevent and overcome irregularities in land office.
