PTPTN must be managed effectively & accountability

National Higher Education Fund Corporation, PTPTN, has given out RM43 billion to students. It has collected back only RM3.1 billion. Now, it freezes its loans to students in Unisel, apparently because Pakatan Rakyat has advocated free education. Will it unfreeze? The most important is that allocations for education must be managed effectively and with accountability.
