The Human Rights Commission, Suhakam, will start its inquiry on the use of excessive force by the authorities on the Bersih 3.0 rally on 5.7.2012. The Ex-IGP Tun Hanif Omar heads Putrajaya's independent panel of inquiry on the same matter. If the conclusions turn out to be different, in which panel will the public believe?
