Enhancing the power of the Malaysian Medical Council

Yesterday, the Health Minister presented in Parliament the Medical (Amendment) Bill that included enhancing the power of the Malaysian Medical Council. It approves medical schools, recognizes and registers doctors. There are 33 medical schools in this country, compared with 20 in Australia. How does it ensure the standard of all medical schools and the quality of over 30,000 doctors?
