2015 Malaysian budget: GST, bureaucracy and better civil servants

The 2915 budget shows measure to implement the GST such as a GST-free list of goods that include fruits, petrol,  using electricity less than 300 units, reduction of individual income tax by 1to3% as well as helping businesses to deal with GST.  We must overcome bureaucracy and change the attitude of civil servants.
