Muhyiddin wants to streamline pre-university education

In Malaysia, there are 83000 Form VI students and 26000 Pre-University (Foundation) students. Naturally, people have a strange feeling, especially regarding the difference in their standard. The Education Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin must explain how he intends to streamline the system, so that it will be fair to all.
