2015 budget: Treat all 13 states fairly.

In the speech in parliament, I urge the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib to review 1 Malaysia and the reasons for voices calling the people to leave the federation in certain states. We must treat all the 13 states fairly. The national symbol represents 13 states: Unity Is Strength.
